Order and delivery terms
We sell products to private individuals who are of legal age in European Union, excluding Åland.
These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries.
Methods of Payment
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. www.paytrail.com
Orders are paid through paytrail using credit cards (the payment selection page is in Finnish, Swedish and English). Paytrail’s range of cards includes Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard (including Eurocard) and American Express. Paytrail does not restrict payment according to the customer’s country, but the card issuer may have set some restrictions, for example, on doing business in foreign online stores.
Products and product prices
Products and prices are presented in the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products are indicated both in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Our fabrics are only for private use. We limit the use of our own production fabrics for commercial purposes. This means that we do not allow these fabrics to be used commercially.
You can order products in our online store by moving them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the Paytrail payment service. When ordering from our online store, you agree to our current order and delivery terms and conditions. After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so provide your valid e-mail address when placing the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs are automatically added to the order total. You can see the shipping costs in your shopping cart before you accept the order. Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs and VAT 24%. All purchases are mailed within 1-3 working days of the receival of the payment.

Deliveries to Europe are handled by GLS. The delivery times stated below for the international transport section are calculated when the package arrives from our warehouse to the sorting center in Finland. The international GLS package is generally delivered to neighboring countries such as Sweden or the Baltics in a standard delivery time of 1-3 business days. Further to Europe, delivery takes place mainly in 3 – 8 working days.
GLS delivers the package either to your door or to the nearest pick-up point.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the order by notifying us of this within 14 days after receiving your order. When returning the product, it must be in a mint condition, good as brand new, with tags in place. Failure to pick up the order is not cancellation of the order. Fabrics that have been cut according to your order and are faultless can not be returned.
The product to be returned must be unwashed, unused and the product card must be attached. The products to be returned must be in their original packaging and properly packed for return shipping. Check the products and measure the fabrics when they arrive. After washing or cutting the fabric, the responsibility is transferred to the consumer. The fabrics on sale can shrink by 3-10% in the wash, please note this when ordering. Please also note that the computer screen may distort the colors of the fabric.
If you wish to return the products, you must pay for the return delivery fee. When the products have been returned to Ihka and we have found them to be free of defects, we will return the money you paid for with Paytrail. If you only return part of the products in the order, the original delivery costs of the order will not be refunded.
In case of making a return or a change of product, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org. You need to inform us within 14 days of receiving the package and send back the order within 14 days after informing us. If the package is not picked up, it is not the announcement of return, and the costs (returning package costs and settlement costs 30 €) will be reduced from the value of the shipping.
