Iron-on picture – forest animals

Description

A beautiful forest animals-themed iron-on picture from our own My Sweet Forest pattern. Iron-on patches are easy to apply to clothing, fabric bags, cushions, or other textile surfaces, giving your projects a personal and colorful touch. Designed and made in Finland. The transfer film is OEKO-TEX certified and the ink is Greenguard certified. The material is durable and withstands washing up to 60°C.

Application Instructions
Make sure the fabric is clean, dry, smooth, and lint-free. Suitable for 100% cotton, 100% polyester, and polyester-cotton blends. The surface must be flat, as the patch will not adhere properly to fabrics such as velour or similar textured materials. Pre-wash new fabrics if necessary to prevent shrinkage.

Place the fabric on a flat, hard, heat-resistant surface (e.g. a heat-resistant cutting board). Do not use an ironing board. Remove the protective backing from the patch and place it in the desired position on the fabric. The transfer film on top is heat-resistant, but you may place baking paper over the design for extra protection if desired.

Preheat the iron and turn off the steam function. Press the design firmly with the iron at 150°C for about 5 seconds, or at 130°C for about 10 seconds. Repeat if necessary. For larger designs, apply in sections.

When the design is properly adhered and still warm, carefully peel off the transfer film. Place baking paper over the design and press again with the iron. The transfer is complete when the fabric texture is lightly visible through the design. Let it cool completely before stretching.

Care Instructions
Wash inside out at a maximum of 60°C.
Do not tumble dry or use strong detergents. Fabric softener is not recommended.
Do not use bleach or dry cleaning.
Iron only from the reverse side.
